Recipients will receive up to $600 to cover the expense of submitting the RCE applicant data form (ADF - $395) and the one-time certification fee ($205).

Who is Judith Lindenau

Judith Lindenau, RCE, was executive vice president of the Traverse Area Association of REALTORS®, MI, from 1978 to 2007, and a recipient of the William R. Magel Award of Excellence. Judith was a charter member of the RCE Certification Advisory Board who made many lasting contributions to the RCE designation.

Eligibility

You are eligible to apply if you are a full- or part-time employee of a local or state association of REALTORS®, a business which is, directly or indirectly, wholly owned by one or more REALTOR® associations, or a regional multiple listing service owned by a REALTOR® association. You may also be a full- or part-time employee of NAR, or a real estate board, provincial association, or other organization affiliated with the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate financial need and professional development initiative and must have successfully completed the REALTOR® Association Management Self Study Course. A minimum score of 115 points on the RCE One-minute ADF is also required.

Nomination Procedures

To nominate yourself, simply submit the Judith Lindenau RCE Scholarship form online. Submissions will be accepted annually in September.

Selection Timeline

Applications are due annually in October. Scholarship recipients will be selected at the REALTORS® Conference and Expo and candidates must submit their ADF no later than December 1 of the year the scholarship is awarded.
