Complete your degree on a schedule that works for you

All NAR Academy programs are designed with your busy life in mind. With a robust online program, 36 campuses nationwide, and eight-week classes that start six times a year, your path to a certificate or degree is flexible, convenient, and customizable, based on your needs and interests.

Enjoy an affordable, achievable education

Applying is free, tuition pricing is simple and transparent with no additional fees, and applicable credits are easily transferred in. You’ll even receive three credit hours for having an agent or broker’s license.

Innovative stackable curriculum

To increase the value and flexibility of the program, certificates can be 'stacked' to lead seamlessly to an associate degree, which can then lead to a bachelor’s degree and ultimately, a master’s degree. Stackable certificates create shorter focused credentials that allow you to concentrate on areas you need most.

Take advantage of a nationwide network

Networking is critical to career advancement, especially in real estate.  At NAR Academy you’ll have the opportunity to expand your professional circle with real estate industry peers from across the country—within your expertise and across specialties. Your new contacts can help you build your book, grow in your current role, connect you to your next career opportunity, or help you identify and move into leadership roles.

Testimonial

"The program was informative, educational, and relevant! I wish I had taken it prior to getting into real estate leadership, as I would have been better prepared. I highly recommend it to REALTORS® and others interested in leadership positions in the real estate field. Also, I was so happy with Columbia College, I have finally decided to finish my bachelor's degree after 20 years." — Sarah Gustafson, ABR®, SRES®, CRS
