In 1969, NAR launched the Real Estate Political Education Committee (REPEC) in order to “increase the political involvement and influence of its members.” 50 years later, REPEC is now known as the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and is the only political group in the country organized for REALTORS® and run by REALTORS®.
