The Issues Mobilization Grant provides financial assistance to state and local REALTOR® associations to support effective advocacy campaigns and ballot initiatives on public policy issues critical to REALTORS® and the real estate industry.

The NAR State and Local Independent Expenditures (IE) Program is an exciting program to assist state and local associations that want to get involved in state and local elections. The program makes funds available for every association to support candidates for political office who support REALTORS® and the real estate industry.

Advocacy Everywhere is designed to expand the influence of the National Association of REALTORS® and state and local REALTOR® associations on public policy at all levels and to increase REALTOR® and consumer participation in calls for action (CFA).

NAR regulatory policy staff works with federal agencies providing expert guidance, educating regulators, and leading industry coalitions.

From its building located steps away from the United States Capitol, NAR advocates for federal policy initiatives that strengthen the ability of Americans to own, buy and sell real property.

NAR, along with a coalition of housing provider industry partners, has scored some major victories for the real estate industry.

NAR and its state association partners have championed state-level initiatives to advance property rights and fair housing.
