NAR's Land-Use Initiative helps state and local Realtor® associations in their public policy advocacy of (or opposition to) land-use issues. Upon request, NAR will provide free expert analysis of the legal, planning, economic, and environmental issues surrounding legislative and regulatory proposals.

Web site security scan

NAR’s Center for Realtor® Technology offers free security scans of association Web sites to check for holes and vulnerabilities.

Software for data security

NAR's Center for Realtor® Technology offers associations two free software programs to prevent online data theft. NoScrap and reCaptcha identify a Web site user as either a human or a computer program and can then block or allow access.

MLS policy compliance software

PolicyPage, an Internet compliance software application, scans members’ Web sites for compliance with Multiple Listing System display policies.


Public Awareness PR


The NAR Public Awareness Campaign includes a wide range of free customizable print and Web ads for associations and members.

NAR has contracted with the MOST Agency to develop and maintain the national Public Awareness Campaign media plans and to provide local media planning assistance.

Money for AE


NAR offers scholarships to AEs that cover tuition to attend the Association Executives Institute and application fees to the Realtor® Certified Executive designation program.
