What makes someone a candidate for 30 Under 30, a National Association of REALTORS® program now in its 26th year?
It’s not family legacy. Although some of this year’s finalists are continuing a family business, others came into the business without connections.
It’s certainly not geography. This year’s finalists hail from both major metros and small towns. And their businesses span the spectrum—from first-time buyers to downsizing seniors and from manufactured homes to luxury estates. Likewise, the finalists’ educational backgrounds range from high school diploma to master’s degree.
What unites them is far more compelling: the drive to build meaningful careers and make an impact in their communities amid a rapidly evolving housing landscape. These young professionals have become trusted resources by helping clients navigate the complexities of homebuying and connecting them to critical tools and support. The 50 finalists are strengthening their communities through a blend of modern tech savvy, strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to giving back. And throughout it all, they represent the real estate profession with pride and professionalism.
Every finalist has earned their place through hard work and determination. Now, the next step is up to you.
Online voting for the 30 Under 30 Web Choice Award opens at noon central time on Wednesday, April 8, and closes at noon central time on Wednesday, April 15. The candidate who receives the most votes will secure a guaranteed spot in this year’s 30 Under 30 class and receive special recognition online.
A panel of judges will select the remaining 29 honorees. The full 2026 30 Under 30 class will be announced at noon CT on Monday, April 20, at news.realtor.
