The 2022 REALTOR® Party Training Conference: REALTOR® Party Live! was held in Nashville, TN, from December 1–3, 2021. NAR compiled a list frequently asked questions prior to the conference.

Can I bring a guest?

Regrettably, NAR cannot accommodate guests at any of the conference sessions or related events.

I am a State GAD, am I invited to attend the conference?

State GADs are permitted to attend and audit the meetings. A $199 registration fee will be assessed and GADs are responsible for all expenses related to their participation in the conference. It is respectfully requested that GADs only attend in addition to, and not in place of, their State AE.

What is the conference dress code?

Dress is business casual, which means dressing professionally, looking relaxed yet neat and pulled together.

What will the weather be like?

Plan for weather before you arrive by checking the local forecast.

How do I know which meeting or event I need to attend?

Please refer to the conference schedule page. If you still have questions regarding your role, please contact your respective staff executive(s).

When should I plan my arrival and departure?

All attendees should plan their arrival prior to 3:00pm CDT opening general session on Wednesday, December 1. Conference programming will conclude at 12:00pm CDT on Friday, December 3. 

Can I stay for additional nights?

If you would like to extend your stay outside of the allotted conference dates at your own expense, please contact Stephanie Quinn at squinn@nar.realtor Please do not contact Stephanie until conference registration opens in early October.

How do I submit my expenses after my trip is complete?

The NAR Member Expense form can be found on the NAR Member Travel Policy and Expense Report page. Forms should be filled out and sent electronically to expenses@realtors.org. Please be certain to note your respective staff executive(s) name on the report.

What costs are covered by NAR?

The following costs are covered by NAR for this conference:

  • Hotel lodging for two nights
  • Wireless internet in guest rooms
  • Meals during various meetings
  • Coach class airfare
  • Ground transportation costs
