Real estate technology is moving fast, and the National Association of REALTORS® is gaining greater recognition for helping bring emerging innovations to the industry through its Second Century Ventures technology accelerator program, REACH.
SCV, NAR’s strategic investment arm, and REACH won a 2026 Inman Best of Proptech Award in the Venture Capital & Proptech Investment category. Several current and former REACH companies also earned recognition, such as MaxHome.ai for its transaction intelligence platform and Back at You for its AI-powered marketing tools.
“This recognition further validates that when strategic capital aligns with deep operational insight, innovation enhances practitioner value, elevates the consumer experience, and shapes the future of the built environment,” says Ashley Stinton, managing partner at NAR REACH. “This recognition also honors our entire community of founders, mentors, program champions and peer investors who are each a vital part of the ecosystem that creates real velocity for breakthrough ideas.”
Since launching in 2013, REACH has helped scale more than 375 technology companies worldwide. The program supports early-stage companies through mentorship, industry connections, investor access and market exposure.
“In an industry historically characterized by fragmented workflows and gradual digital adoption, SCV and REACH sought out to modernize real estate through innovation,” says Dave Garland, managing director at Second Century Ventures and REACH. “For nearly two decades, we have led this charge by identifying, funding, and scaling mission-critical solutions at global scale.” REACH operates across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia-Pacific.
Earlier this year, REACH also received an Innovation Catalyst Award at the Global PropTech & ConTech Awards, and in 2024, PropTech Outlook named it Accelerator of the Year.
REACH Companies Earn Inman Recognition
This year, Inman combined its Best of Proptech and Best of AI awards into one program, featuring 21 categories and 126 nominees. Several REACH companies earned nominations and wins for their solutions addressing challenges in brokerage operations, marketing and real estate decision-making.
MaxHome.ai, part of the 2026 U.S. residential REACH cohort, won in the Transaction & Brokerage Innovation category. Its transaction intelligence platform helps brokerages streamline compliance, automate workflows and reduce manual operational tasks.
“Inman’s recognition puts us in very good company, and we don’t take that lightly,” says Divya Aathresh, founder and CEO of MaxHome. “We’ve spent a lot of time on one question: How AI can help brokerages and agents without giving them one more system to learn. Our answer is to fit into how they already work, so the time they get back goes to their clients … We’re proud of this recognition, and we see it as a starting point for what’s next.”

Back At You, a 2014 REACH participant, won in the SaaS & Agent Productivity Tools category. Its marketing and communication tools are helping real estate professionals manage their social media, generate leads and connect with prospective clients.
"Agents don’t need more tools—they need tools that are smarter, easier to use and deliver more value,” says Michael Glazer, CEO at Back At You. “Our AI websites turn every visit into a conversation and every conversation into a lead, with AI-powered marketing working behind them. We’re grateful to Inman for the recognition."
BrokerBot (Ribera AI), part of the 2026 U.S. residential REACH cohort, was named runner-up for Best Overall Proptech of the Year. BrokerBot was also nominated for Best AI-Native Startup. Its AI-powered operating system helps brokerages manage administrative tasks, training, compliance and agent support.
"We're honored to be named runner-up for Inman's Best Overall Proptech of the Year,” says Jerimiah Taylor, CEO and co-founder of BrokerBot. “This one belongs to our clients.” Taylor points to more than 42,000 agents using the platform and more than 91 million AI-generated outputs over the past year as signs of its rapid adoption. “BrokerBot exists to bring trust and productivity to AI for real estate, and we're just getting started,” Taylor says.
Other REACH companies also received nominations. Infinityy, which participated in the 2024 REACH Commercial program and the 2025 U.S. Residential REACH program, was nominated in the AI-Powered Insights & Decision Tools category. Its founder, Lisa Nickerson, was also among a select few nominated for PropTech Founder/Visionary of the Year. Infinityy develops AI-guided, personalized digital experiences for residential and commercial real estate.
