What costs are included in the $695 registration fee? 

The registration fee to attend the conference includes the following for RPAC President’s Circle investors and one guest: 

  • Hotel lodging for the main three conference nights.
  • Meals associated with the conference.

Do all investors need to pay the registration fee, even if sharing a room? 

Yes. Each RPAC President’s Circle investor must pay the $695 registration fee, regardless of shared accommodations. One non-member guest (e.g., family or friend) may attend for free, while additional guests require a fee shown on the registration form. Children under five are exempt. The fee includes hotel lodging for three nights and conference meals, covering only a small portion of event costs. For questions, contact PCConf@nar.realtor.

Can I bring more than one guest?

Yes. Please register guests who plan to attend conference events. Add them during registration or later via your confirmation link.

Need a second hotel room?

Please note that only one room per invited investor is guaranteed. Additional rooms must be booked directly with the resort. Contact us closer to the event date in case rooms free up: PCConf@nar.realtor.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Full refunds (registration + guest fees) available through February 9 via PCConf@nar.realtor
  • Hotel cancellations (main 3 nights) through February 9
  • Extra nights booked: Cancel directly with hotel 72+ hours before arrival

What is the dress code?

Business casual.
