Who is invited to attend the 2027 President’s Circle conference? How can I verify if I completed my investments?
All 2026 RPAC President’s Circle Investors and Platinum R Investors are invited to attend. Check your current investments (sign-in required). Contact Daniel Roth at DRoth@nar.realtor with any PC-related investment questions.
When should I arrive and depart?
- Arrival: Please plan to arrive on Tuesday, March 23, in time for the Welcome Reception at 5:30 PM. Hotel check-in begins after 4:00 PM.
- General sessions will take place on Wednesday, March 24, and Thursday, March 25.
- The conference concludes with the Closing Reception on Thursday from 6:30–9:30 PM.
- Departure: Please plan to depart on Friday, March 26. Hotel check-out is before 11:00 AM.

Could I bring more than one guest, and do I need to register my guest(s)?
- Yes. Your registration includes one complimentary guest, and you may bring additional guests. Any guest attending conference events—including meals, receptions, or sessions—must be registered.
- Guests staying at the resort but not attending conference events do not need to register.
- Guests beyond your one complimentary guest are subject to the applicable guest fee and can be added during registration or later using the link in your confirmation email.
- Unregistered guests will not be admitted to conference events.
- Maximum room occupancy is four (4) occupants, regardless of age.
What costs are included in the $695 registration fee?
The registration fee to attend the conference includes the following for RPAC President’s Circle investors and one guest:
- Hotel lodging for the main three conference nights.
- Welcome and Closing Receptions
- Most conference meals
- The full conference program
Do all investors need to pay the registration fee, even if sharing a room?
Yes. Each PC investor must pay the $695 registration fee, regardless of whether hotel accommodation is shared. One non-member guest (e.g., a spouse, family member, or friend) may attend at no additional cost. Additional guests are subject to the fee listed on the registration form. Children under age 5 attend at no charge. The registration fee helps offset a portion of the conference costs, including three nights' hotel accommodations, receptions, most meals, and the conference program. What is the event dress code?
Dress is business casual, which means dressing professionally, looking relaxed yet neat and pulled together.

What is the hotel pet policy?
The resort does not allow pets; however, registered service animals are permitted.
