Getting There
- Airport: San Diego International Airport (SAN), approximately 10 miles from the hotel. The resort does not offer airport shuttle service.
- Train: Santa Fe Depot

Car Rentals
- Rental cars are available at San Diego International Airport.
- NAR members receive discounts with Avis, Budget, Hertz, and SIXT through the NAR Benefits Program.
- Electric vehicle charging stations are available at the resort (subject to availability).
Parking
- On-site parking is available.
- Self-parking: $10/hour or $45/day
- Valet parking: $65/day
Hotel Reservations
- Hotel reservations* are made during registration.
- Hotel reservations must be made through the registration process by February 19, 2027.
- A credit card is required to guarantee your room and cover any personal charges. Maximum occupancy: Four (4) guests per room, regardless of age.
*Reservations booked directly with the hotel are not eligible for the negotiated NAR rate or reimbursement.
NAR covers room and tax for three nights of standard room accommodations:
- Tuesday, March 23
- Wednesday, March 24
- Thursday, March 25
Check-in: After 4:00 PM PST
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM PST
Deadlines & Cancellation Policy
- Registration and hotel reservations must be completed by Friday, February 19, 2027.
- To receive a full refund of the $695 registration fee, email PCConf@nar.realtor by Wednesday, March 3, 2027. Guest registration fees are also refundable through this date.
- Hotel reservations for the three covered conference nights may also be canceled by March 3, 2027 for a full refund.
After March 3, hotel reservations may be canceled up to five (5) days before arrival without penalty.
Guests who shorten their stay after check-in will be charged a one-night room and tax early departure fee.
