Getting to the Resort
- Airport: San Diego International Airport (SAN), approximately 10 miles from the hotel. The Gaylord Pacific does not offer airport shuttle service.
Ground Transportation
Taxi, rideshare, and rental car services are available at San Diego International Airport.
Car Rentals & Parking
- Rental cars are available at San Diego International Airport. NAR members receive discounts with Avis, Budget, Hertz, and SIXT through the NAR Benefits Program.
Resort Parking
- On-site parking is available.
- Self-parking: $10/hour or $45/day
- Valet parking: $65/day
- Electric vehicle charging stations are available at the resort (subject to availability).
Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are made as part of the conference registration process and must be completed by February 19, 2027. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation and cover personal charges.
Maximum occupancy: Four (4) occupants per room, regardless of age.
*Reservations booked directly with the hotel are not eligible for the negotiated NAR rate or reimbursement.
NAR-Covered Hotel Nights
NAR covers room and tax for three nights:
- Tuesday, March 23
- Wednesday, March 24
- Thursday, March 25
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Deadlines & Cancellation Policy
February 19, 2027: Deadline to register and reserve a hotel room.
Conference Registration: Cancellations received by March 3, 2027, are eligible for a full refund of the $695 registration fee. Guest registration fees are also refundable through this date.
Hotel Reservations: If your plans change, please cancel your hotel reservation at least five days before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty.
Early Departure: If you need to leave earlier than planned, notify the hotel at check-in to avoid a one-night room-and-tax early departure fee.
