Who is eligible to attend the conference?

2020 President’s Circle members in good standing can attend this year’s conference.  2021 President’s Circle members who complete their $2,000 by September 30, 2021 will be eligible to attend the 2022 President’s Circle Conference.

Do I need to re-register for the Florida conference?

No. If you are already registered, your registration will automatically transfer.  Please contact Patricia Tarhon by  April 20 if you want to cancel your registration (or adding/subtracting additional guests). If you’re not sure of your registration status, please contact Patricia and she will confirm whether you are registered for the conference or not.

Do I need to make a new hotel reservation in Florida or will my reserved Hawaii nights will automatically transfer?

Your reserved nights in Hawaii will not transfer. All registered attendees will need to make a new hotel reservation for the Florida conference. If you are registered and haven’t made your hotel reservation, please contact Andra Zarins, azarins@nar.realtor, for assistance.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registration: Your old conference registration for Hawaii automatically transferred to the current conference location in June. To cancel or amend your registration, please notify Patricia Tarhon by April 20. Your registration fee is fully refundable at any time.

Hotel Room Reservations: Rooms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid penalty.

Is it too late to register?

You are welcome to register at your earliest convenience but please note that the deadline to make your hotel reservation is Friday, May 21.

Is there a deadline until when I can amend or cancel my registration?

To cancel or amend your registration, please notify Patricia Tarhon by April 20.  Please note that your registration fee is fully refundable at any time.

How will sessions be conducted and what are the safety and health measures in place at both resorts?

We will follow the recommendations set forth by the hotels, and, of course, by the state or city, and government or health entities. Will there be frequent breaks between presentations?  

To be determined at this point, but we will follow the recommendations set forth by the hotels, and, of course, by the state or city, and any other government or health entities. We will continue monitoring the guidelines in place and communicate with our members promptly as well as update the conference COVID-19 section and conference FAQ page as necessary and/or as we get closer to the conference date.

Will preventative health measures be in place at the event?

Yes. The health and safety of everyone participating in the President Circle conference: NAR members, guests, speakers, staff and others is our top priority. NAR is implementing these safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our attendees and staff. When should I plan to arrive and depart?

Please plan to arrive by 6:00 pm EDT on June 20th and depart on June 23rd after 11:00 am EDT. For additional details please check the "Schedule" section.

What costs are included in the $695 registration fee?

The registration fee to attend the conference includes the following for RPAC President’s Circle investors and one guest:

  • hotel lodging for the main three conference nights;

  • Meals associated with the conference (two evening receptions and two buffet breakfasts).

Is it possible to bring more than one guest?

  • You are welcome to bring additional guests. However, please note guest fees will be charged for additional guests beyond the one that is included.
  • You will have the opportunity to add additional guests during the registration process. Guest fees will be added to your total and your credit card will be charged at the time of registration.  Guests can be added at any time during the registration process by logging back into the registration site, linked to your conference invite email.
  • Only guests who intend to attend any conference events (meals, receptions, and sessions) must register.  Guests simply staying at the resort with you, but not planning to attend any conference events, do not need to register.
  • Unregistered guests will not be granted entry into conference events.

What is the conference dress code?

Dress is business casual, which means dressing professionally, looking relaxed yet neat and pulled together.
