The FAA continues to approve Section 333 waivers for commercial use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drones. Only operators with the Section 333 waivers may operate commercially. Please see the updated list of operators with waivers to find one in your area. 

Commercial use of an UAV without the Section 333 waiver is prohibited by FAA regulation.
