NAR Supports Proposed ESA Reforms

In a letter to House Natural Resources Committee, NAR called on the Committee to pass a package of proposed bills that would reform the Endangered Species Act.

The letter thanks the Committee leadership for moving forward an innovative slate of legislation to reform the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This package will jumpstart important ESA reform discussions that will benefit species, landowners and the federal agencies charged with enforcing the law. NAR urged passage of these bills out of the Natural Resources Committee when they come to a vote.
