How did you turn a negative into a positive?

Here in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, on the shores of Lake Superior, we know winter! Our long winters often thaw into spring flooding—not only our rivers and springs, but in our basements! Some buyers choose not to tour properties during thawing, but it’s the perfect time! I say, "Let's put on our snowshoes or muck boots and get in there now to see what this home is really like! Let's get the adventure going.” That's what I think about April showers and our April thaw out, UP Style :)
