How do you manage your work/life balance?
I got this great tip from 2016 NAR President Tom Salomone. Start each year and block out all the special days for the year—birthdays, anniversaries, vacations, and of course, Mother's Day. Once you take the time to block those days off on the calendar, you are more likely to schedule around the important days in your life. Remember, your goal is to spend quality time at work so you can have quantity time with your family and friends.
