How do you manage your work/life balance?
Being a parent is my most important job, although my second priority involves the public's largest assets and that is also important as well. I love this job and the freedom it gives me, however, it comes with a lot of responsibility. How do I create balance? I schedule my life first and work second. Every Sunday after church I plan my week—putting cheer practice, theatre practice and car pool in first. Then inspections, showings, and client meetings. Once those are all in place, I schedule “me” time.
