Orlando, Fla., agent Karuna Singhvi, ABR, SRS, wanted a personal website that enabled property search and other consumer-friendly features. So she switched her .realtor website to the new Premium Plus Website product.

“I am really happy I did it,” Singhvi says. “The website is very easy to build and use. The best thing about it is that we can connect it to our IDX and people can search properties right on my website. The new features are very customer-friendly.”

The National Association of REALTORS® has long helped members stand out from the .com crowd through the use of .realtor and .realestate “top-level domains.” A website ending in .realtor (yourname.realtor), for example, gives you instant recognition as an NAR member while elevating your personal brand. REALTORS® using the domain can even get free professional websites. But many members want to do more with their .realtor and .realestate sites. For those members, NAR’s get.realtor team this year launched the Premium Plus Website, a multipage residential template that can be customized to include home search, map search and featured listings. “We do the work behind the scenes to connect their MLS,” says Elizabeth Koneru, manager of industry engagement for the get.realtor team. “A Premium Plus Website also offers full customization capabilities, AudioEye (an ADA platform), testimonials, lead generator, social media connections and more. This website truly has it all.”

The member cost for a Premium Plus Website is $99 per month or $999 per year. (Save $189 by paying annually.) REALTOR® Magazine readers: Use the promo code MEMBERPLUS to get $500 off your first-year subscription!
