What effective leadership looks like, and how to be a great leader. A group workshop facilitated by the Chicago-based Second City will address how to lead during a crisis and how to manage conflict resolution.

Team Building
Discussion of effectively building your team for maximized success; how to build a dynamic team to accomplish your goals whether at the association level or in your business is presented by Lynn Madison, Madison Seminars and Terry Watson, Easify, Inc.

Second City will once again facilitate a group workshop on building a strong team that will address the AE/PE relationship, how to build trust, how to support your team, and when to lead and when to follow.
