Book Your Hotel
The hotel reservation link will be available after completing your event registration. To ensure eligibility for NAR-covered accommodations and preferred rates, please book directly through NAR at the time of registration.
- NAR provides coverage for up to two (2) hotel room nights for invited President-Elects and Association Executives of:
- Local and State Associations
- Regional MLSs
- Commercial Overlay Boards and commercial structures with 100+ members
- National Institutes, Societies, and Councils
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation (card will not be charged at booking)
- Shoulder nights and Sunday event nights are available but subject to applicable fees. Please only book these nights if you are attending an event requiring arrival during that time.
Booking within the NAR room block helps maximize availability and ensures all attendees can secure accommodations for the duration of Leadership Week.
Changes & Cancellations
- Through August 10:

- Beginning August 11:
- Please contact the hotel directly for any changes
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the credit card provided at booking.
