Peter Gallo is the Owner and Chief Appraiser of HomeSight Appraisal in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has been a residential real estate appraiser for over 30 years. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Peter holds a residential appraiser certification in NC, SC, FL and NY. He is also an active real estate broker/advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and has experience as a homebuilder, previously owning and operating Vision Homes of Western New York, a luxury/custom home building company.

Peter currently serves as 2023 Chair of the NAR Real Property Valuation Committee, 2023 Past-Chair of the NC Realtors® Appraisal Section, Region 8 NC Realtors® Director, Chair of the Canopy Realtor® Association Government Affairs Committee and 2023 Canopy Realtor® MLS Director.  Peter is the co-founder and past President of the NC Real Estate Appraiser Association.  Peter also currently serves as a Director of the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders Association and has since 2012.

Michelle Czekalski (Cha – call – ski) Bradley is a certified general appraiser with over 37 years’ experience, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a certified distance education instructor, qualified expert with the Pennsylvania Department of State, and a real estate broker. She is a real estate educator and course author, and founder of Bradley Consultants, a real estate appraisal education school. She has been reappointed as Chair of the Appraisal Standards Board with the Appraisal Foundation, which is responsible for writing, amending, and interpreting the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) which are the competency and ethical standards for real estate appraisers. She works in her family’s independent real estate and appraisal company, founded by her grandmother in 1963, where she serves as Chief Appraiser and Manager of the appraiser division. Michelle has supervised four appraiser trainees who are now certified appraisers, three of which are young women.

As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, she has served as Chair of NAR’s Real Property Valuation Committee, and on behalf of NAR, provided Congressional testimony regarding VA appraisal issues to the House Veteran Affairs Committee.

When she was 15 years old, Michelle was a foreign exchange student to Bogota, Colombia, South America, where she developed a deep awareness of culture and a love of international travel.

Michelle has been married to her husband for 34 years. They have 3 Tuxedo cats who are the true owners of the home, and permit Michelle and her husband to reside with them.

Beth Graham has been a REALTOR® for 37 years as a licensed broker and certified residential appraiser serving the Greater Lansing Area of Michigan.

In 2016, she served as the President of the Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS®. REALTOR® leadership experience includes the GLAR board of directors; 2004 State Network President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®; 1997 Lansing Network President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®; Michigan Council of Real Estate Appraiser’s MiCREA Chair; Michigan REALTORS® Director for 4 years; served on several Michigan REALTOR® committees. Beth currently serves as a NAR FPC for District 7 for Elissa Slotkin; Past chair of the NAR Real Property Valuation Forum 2018 and current Vice Chair of the NAR Real Property Valuation Committee and past member of the NAR Sustainability Committee.

In 2010, Beth had the honor of being the Michigan REALTOR® of the Year and the GLAR REALTOR® of the Year. She was the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Volunteer of the year in 2007. Licensed in Real Estate since 1976, Frank is a second generation REALTOR®, Broker and Appraiser. In addition to a Real Estate Brokers License, he is a State-Certified Residential Appraiser, Residential Appraisal Instructor, and president of Gregoire & Gregoire, Inc., a Residential Real Estate Appraisal firm based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Frank served eight years as a member of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, four as chair. In addition to providing Expert Witness services in Administrative Hearings, Florida and Federal Courts, Frank appears as a speaker on appraisal and mortgage related topics. Articles by Frank have been published in REALTOR® Magazine, the Journal of Property Economics, Working RE and Appraisal Buzz.

Frank is the 2022 chair of the NAR Real Property Valuation Committee, and is the NAR representative on The Appraisal Foundation Board of Trustees.

Dr. Henderson travels the country providing in-service teacher technology training, effective school correlates research, teaching, and curricula development services. Dr. Henderson holds multiple designations including BS, MUSE, GRI, CRB, MSA, AAR, DREI, MSRE, AGA, MNAA, MAA, CDEI, Ed.D.

Maureen Sweeney, SRA, AI-RRS, has been a residential real estate appraiser since 1989. From 2005 through 2017, she served as a member of the Illinois Real Estate Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board. She is a national instructor with the Appraisal Institute and is their author of The Valuation of Condominiums, Cooperatives, and PUDs, as well as the developer of their on-line and in-class 7-hour Appraising Condos, Co-ops, and PUDs seminars. She is an Appraiser Qualifications Board Certified USPAP Instructor.

Maureen shares her knowledge with law enforcement and real estate professionals at various meetings and conferences. Maureen specializes in the valuation of residential and small income-producing properties and litigation support. She is the 2024 Vice Chair of the National Association of Realtor’s Real Property Valuation Committee. Maureen resides in Chicago, Illinois.
