RCE Designation

What is the RCE Designation Program?

RCE is the only professional designation designed specifically for REALTOR® association executives. The RCE designation exemplifies goal-oriented AEs with drive, experience and commitment to professional growth.

Candidates earn the designation by accumulating points through an experience and education based application form and a comprehensive written exam.

Also, CAE designees are eligible for RCE designation through a streamlined process.

Join your peers who have demonstrated their commitment to the field of REALTOR® association management by attaining the RCE designation. The RCE designation is your key to enhanced professional stature.

The Benefits

If you have made a commitment to your career in REALTOR® association management, you should consider obtaining your RCE. The designation signifies accomplishment, initiative and professional development. You’ll enjoy these important benefits:

  • Designation Use – Peers, staff, and volunteer leaders all value the RCE designation. Having the letters RCE after your name tells others that you have gone the extra mile and have made a firm commitment to REALTOR® association management. New designees are formally recognized at the annual Association Executives Institute
  • Expanded Knowledge – Gain enhanced skills in every aspect of REALTOR® association management.
  • Relationships – Networking and mentoring are two important functions of the program. You’ll be in good company with other AE leaders.
