• Buyer satisfaction with the agent that helped them with their home purchase is high.  In the 2011 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, approximately nine in ten (89 percent) buyers would definitely or probably recommend their agent to others.

  • With repeat business and referrals being the strongest sign of client satisfaction, most sellers — 84 percent — reported that they would recommend their agent or use the agent’s services in the future. This is the same share as in 2010.
