Do You Have a Successful Shared Service Partnership?

NAR’s Association Executives Committee is updating shared services resources, which exist to help REALTOR® associations expand services and streamline management through strategic partnerships, and is looking for examples of successful local association shared services partnerships.

The online resource is complete with assessment guides that help associations identify functions that are ideal for strategic partnerships and step-by-step procedures that can guide your association through the process. Many of the case studies that are currently part of this resource are outdated, and the committee is looking for new success stories that others can learn from.

Are you engaged in a successful shared services partnership that you can share with other AEs? If so, fill out this success story form and send to Courtney Wilson with the names of the participating associations, a description of the shared service, and the resulting benefit to members and the associations.
