As technology and social media continue to transform the real estate industry and the way REALTORS® do business, REALTOR® associations are adapting their communications to stay ahead of the curve. Associations are using newer technology and virtual communications applications to help their members keep up with consumers who are increasingly using social media sites and virtual technology for both business and pleasure. Pacific West Association of REALTORS®

Pacific West Association produced a video to encourage online dues payment. The “Dudley ezPay Dues” campaign video reached more than 1,000 views of the video per week at the height of dues season, and more than 11,000 members used the ezPay system.

Arizona Association of REALTORS®

The Arizona Association of REALTORS® blog has been adopted as one of AAR’s long term communication vehicle so that members can receive the most up-to-date information. They can also subscribe to AAR’s RSS feed to be notified of new posts.

Virginia Association of REALTORS®

Targeted face-to-face communication between VAR and  local associations, members, and brokers. VAR counted over 12,000 member “touches” – or, face-to-face opportunities to talk with members.
