The Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS® (SBAOR) is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer (Association Executive). Someone who knows how to work collaboratively with volunteer leaders, can properly manage a staff of seven, and can interact knowledgably with local real estate brokers and salespeople, as they work toward helping our membership be more successful. Candidates should be a strategic thinker, possess vision, and be a leader of change. They must also have the ability to empower and evaluate staff, be organized, and flexible as conditions change. Knowledge of, interaction with, and/or experience with the California Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® is a plus. The SBAOR has approximately 1,350 REALTOR® members and 1,750 MLS members (the difference being out-of-town MLS members). Santa Barbara is uniquely situated on the California coast with ocean on one side and national forest on the other. Therefore, there are almost no issues with overlapping jurisdiction or need to regionalize the MLS.

The River Counties Association of REALTORS®, a midsized local association located in Cleveland, Tennessee, is looking for a new Executive Officer who will excel in managing staff and building strong volunteer relationships.
