The CEO's responsibilities include establishing administrative policies and procedures for association office functions, organizing the association and related staffing structure, recruiting, hiring, training, promoting, and terminating staff, and administering an effective personnel program. The AE will be expected to:

  • Be available to work both remotely and on-site.
  • Be able to work on-site for a minimum of 40 hours per week during an initial audit period. During this audit period, the AE will assess the current processes and workflow of both the CGBOR and the MLS and identify any gaps in member services and compliance.

  • To possess some knowledge of, and practical experience with, the rules, structure and functioning of an MLS database.
