On August 7, 2020, the temporary waiver of appraiser credentialing requirements for appraisals of Federally Related Transactions (FRT) under $1,000,000 for commercial real estate transactions throughout the State of North Dakota was extended for one year by the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC). The ASC reserves the right to terminate the waiver prior to August 7, 2021, if they find a significant delay in appraisals no longer exists.
