ShareNAR sent a letterpdf to the FHFA thanking it for actions taken to support homeowners since the pandemic began. These steps include expanding forbearance programs, adding new repayment options, and requiring servicers to use scripts with homeowners asking about forbearance. Furthermore, the FHFA published the scripts and applications in five languages in addition to English (Spanish, traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Tagalog).
