The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is extending the comment period on HUD's advance notice of proposed rulemaking on possible amendments to HUD’s Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) regulations for parties that were in a presidentially-declared disaster area.
Comments from those in affected areas will be will be considered timely received, if they are received by close of business on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. Comments can be sent to Ariel Pereira at ariel.pereira@hud.gov, who will upload the comments into Regulations.gov.
