Suzanne Bouhia has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications. She helps develop and execute marketing and communication strategies that grow and protect corporate brands and achieve a competitive advantage. For nearly two decades, Suzanne led marketing and communications for a large global organization.
As an experienced Chief Communications Officer, Suzanne has a track record of success advising and executing on reputational issues facing complex organizations in highly regulated industries. She has also helped organizations navigate and communicate about challenging reputational issues in the financial, public affairs, and employee contexts. As a marketing leader, Suzanne has helped elevate brands with measurable results.
Most recently, Suzanne served as Ernst & Young’s Chief Communications Officer and co-led the Brand, Marketing Communications (BMC) function for EY Americas. In previous roles at EY, she served as BMC leader for two U.S. regions, and was the U.S. BMC Leader and Americas Internal Communications and People Engagement Leader. She previously served as the National Director of Marketing and Communications for Reznick Group, now CohnReznick.
Outside of the office, Suzanne enjoys spending time at the beach in Delaware and watching her kids enjoy sports. She is also an active participant in the communications and marketing industries – she is a member of the Arthur Page Society and a trustee for the Institute for Public Relations. Suzanne received a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Delaware and has a Marketing and Communications Certificate from the Yale School of Management.
