
Sharon White is NAR's inaugural Chief Human Resources Officer, taking responsibility for enterprise-wide initiatives that promote staff development and streamline processes to maximize employee performance. In her first year with NAR, she led the transformation of the executive team, bringing in world-class talent that accounts for more than half of the executive team. She also revamped employee goal-setting to better align work to the organization's strategic direction.
Before joining NAR, White held the position of Chief People Officer at Maesa, LLC, a Bain Capital portfolio company and global beauty incubator. During her tenure, she led a culture transformation effort that enhanced employee engagement and achieved a substantial reduction in turnover.
Previously, White served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at WarnerMedia for HBO and later managed HR for enterprise technology and operations. She directed organizational design and change management projects during periods of rapid growth and major corporate transitions, with oversight of talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and engagement.
During her time at HBO, White implemented initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, workplace culture, and employer branding while generating significant cost savings.
