Beth serves as Senior Vice President of Leadership Resources at the National Association of REALTORS®, where she leads the strategic support and execution of the association’s highest-level member leadership priorities. In this role, Beth and her team work closely with member stakeholders to advance organizational goals, ensure alignment with strategic initiatives, and provide the infrastructure for effective leadership engagement, including managing key travel and meeting commitments.
Before NAR, Beth worked in political fundraising and led a nonprofit in New Orleans. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. A native of Port Clinton, Ohio, Beth currently resides in Arlington, VA with her son.
