In the May 2012 Legal Affairs podcast, attorney Thomas Gregory discusses legal risks associated with listing and leasing vacant properties and offers risk management tips that licensees can use to mitigate their risk.

Gregory is a Partner in the law firm of O'CONNOR KIMBALL LLP, and practices in the firm's Philadelphia office. The focus of Tom's practice is litigation, concentrating on the defense of professionals, including real estate agents, appraisers, architects, and engineers.
