This year’s creative demonstrates the many ways Realtors® are “here for it all,” working to make the dream of property ownership a reality for their clients.

Existing-home sales waned for the twelfth consecutive month in January 2023. Month-over-month sales were mixed among the four major U.S. regions.

The program, funded by Wells Fargo Home Lending, matches mentors with Realtors® who have demonstrated a commitment to public service and are looking to enhance their charitable efforts.

The annual initiative aims to raise $5 million this year to provide housing relief to victims of hurricanes, floods, wildfires and other disasters.

Single-family existing-home sales prices climbed in almost 90% of measured metro areas – 166 of 186 – in the fourth quarter. The national median single-family existing-home price increased 4.0% from one year ago to $378,700.
