We’re upgrading our online community experience with a new Hub platform—built to make it easier to connect, find resources, and stay up to date. Below is what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and what to expect leading up to launch.

What to Expect With the New Platform

A short transition period: Around launch, you may notice small changes as we finalize settings and organize content.
Login and access: You’ll access the Hub the same way you have before—thehub.realtor—using your SSO login information.
Profile check: You’ll want to visit your profile and confirm or add details the first time you sign in.
Notification preferences: Plan to review your notification settings so they match how you want to hear from the community.
Familiar content with improved experience: Discussions, resources, and event information will be easier to find and follow.
Help is available: We’ll provide a quick-start guide and a support contact for any access issues, and you can always contact thehub@nar.realtor with any questions.

Quick FAQs

Will I need to create a new account?

No, you will log in using the same SSO login that you have always used for the Hub and nar.realtor, and your profile will be pulled in from NAR’s Governance Management System (GMS) database.

Will my old bookmarks/links still work?

The link to the Hub (hub.realtor) will not change. However, page links will change with the new platform. If you have bookmarked pages or resources in the old platform, you’ll want to search for them in the new platform and add new bookmarks. If you’re having trouble locating them, our support team will help direct you to the right place.

Who do I contact if I have trouble accessing the Hub?
