Can your Spire Champion commit to the following (as described in the Spire Association Partner Information Session): 

  • Using NAR provided questions to screen potential mentorship participants.  
  • Conduct pairing process for my association’s participants and collect completed mentorship agreements from mentors and mentees. 
  • Serve as point of contact for NAR Spire staff as well as my association’s participants. 
  • Assist NAR Spire staff in promoting education sessions, networking opportunities, etc. 
  • Assist NAR Spire staff in distributing Spire swag. 
  • Provide NAR Spire staff with feedback via survey or focus group towards the end of this year's mentorship term.
