Opendoor announced that homeowners in the 44 U.S. markets where the iBuying giant operates can now request a real-time preliminary offer for their home while browsing on realtor.com®. Opendoor says the feature can give homeowners the confidence to shop for their next home on realtor.com® by seeing the company’s initial offer.

The Opendoor preliminary price quote is available in realtor.com®’s Seller’s Marketplace, where homeowners can learn more about all of the options for selling their home, including being connected with an agent.

“Consumers want more visibility into the value of their home, and more choice when deciding how to move forward with their home sale,” says Marissa Mierow, vice president of product management at realtor.com®. “We’re excited to bring these offers to even more consumers through our My Home dashboard and offers on off-market properties.”
