Leadership changes are under way at Harry Norman REALTORS® as the nearly century-old luxury brokerage enters what executives describe as its next chapter.
After nine years at the helm, President and CEO Jenni Bonura is stepping down from her role. Chief Operating Officer Luke Trigwell is also transitioning from his position. The moves come as the Atlanta-based firm approaches its 96th year in business and builds on recent brand and technology investments.
Bonura, who guided the company through its 95th anniversary and its affiliation with Forbes Global Properties, says the brokerage is well positioned for what comes next.
“At Harry Norman, we have accomplished so much together. The recent launch of our membership with Forbes Global Properties, the operational streamlining that positions us for growth expected in 2026–2027, and the celebration of our 95th anniversary last year—all of these milestones reinforced the strength of our brand and the momentum we’ve built.”
She also celebrated the company’s launch of a new concierge program to modernize listing workflow, as well as its redesigned website that integrates with the brokerage’s CRM and uses AI across the client lifecycle.
“Innovation has been a significant focus and is another reason why the company remains well positioned for the future,” Bonura says.
Stepping into the role of president is Todd Emerson, a 20-year company veteran who began as a sales associate and rose through the ranks to managing broker and executive leadership. His appointment, he says, signals continuity at a time of broader industry uncertainty.
“We are projecting an increase in total home sales across the greater Atlanta area of approximately 10%,” Emerson says. “This means we will be highly focused on how we could best train and support our agents in capturing this anticipated increase by leveraging our recent membership with Forbes Global Properties, and how to effectively position that in the market to drive opportunities and results.”
His focus will be on clarity and consistency for agents who are navigating a crowded and ever-changing landscape.
“My priority is to offer a brokerage that provides the tools and resources our agents need to stay focused on the activities that ultimately drive results. A plan that is simple to follow, and when done consistently over time, generates predictable outcomes,” Emerson says.
The leadership shift is accompanied by additional promotions. Cyndi Young has been elevated to vice president of marketing, Jessie Dixon has been named senior manager of brand and luxury marketing, and Rita Ukattah will serve as director of technology and operations.
Founded in 1930, Harry Norman is part of HomeServices of America. The luxury brokerage is the first residential real estate firm in Atlanta.
