When people think of Detroit, they usually don’t have the grandest picture of what the city and its surrounding areas must be like. But outside of the city, the suburbs are like most areas across the country. Our expertise is a few upper middle-class towns. Focusing on a specific area, we’re able to provide information that isn’t necessarily available on the web or MLS. The biggest influence on my skills is an accountability group I am a part of with a few other sharp agents. (I know how to solve the Rubik’s cube.) We have daily business metrics we must hit, as well as several personal development metrics to hit. If we fail to do so, the group gets to implement a predetermined consequence.
