Having studied in Ukraine, Cyprus, England, France, and Israel, and being fluent in five languages, Roman Fischer, 29, could have landed anywhere, but he chose Florida. With a mind for business, Fischer knew the state was a great place to attract an international audience, and he had the connections to do so. “People come from all over the world to vacation in Florida,” he says. “Everywhere I’ve lived and traveled, people talked about it as a top destination.” Most of Fischer’s clients are investors, and his background in business helps set him apart. “I have an MBA, which helps me understand the business side of real estate,” he adds. “I analyze each property as an investment and provide my clients with detailed, financial models.”
