"I began working in real estate agent at 18 and was one of the youngest licensed real estate instructors in Virginia. Soon after licensing, the market diminished drastically. This downturn required me to concentrate on maintaining a rapport with my clients and developing new marketing strategies — notably, integrating a working-by-referral philosophy. By taking advantage of social media and creating video blogs, I was able to reach a broader base of potential clients and continue to display the value of services I provide.
