Randy Horn, green, is proud of not only his business but also his brand, “Real Estate Randy,” a name given to him by a former rental customer. His well-regarded team does significant business in the Boston rental market, with a focus on setting up today’s renters to be tomorrow’s buyers. “I’m able to take a holistic approach with everyone I meet,” says Horn, 29. His team will refer rental clients to a financial planner or CPA to help them plan for a homeowning future, and they’ll make a plan to discuss market options at the end of the lease. With a degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in human geography and a passion for sustainable living, Horn also takes pride in being able to connect clients with properties that will both save on utility bills and reduce their carbon footprint on the planet.
