"Thanks to growing up around builders and construction sites, I 'speak' builder. I know what they are looking for, how long their timeline is, where the numbers have to be to make it worthwhile for them to build, and what the land has to be to support a home. I was also raised to be a people person, which has given me the confidence to go door knocking and cold calling. I am an avid hunter, so I would much rather be outdoors, walking a piece of land than sitting behind a desk under fluorescent lights all day!"
