
The Sky’s the Limit
Barak J. Sky, 26, knows he’ll someday head the sales team his mother, Chana Sky, started building years ago. He also knows he’s not alone. That’s why he founded the Future Leaders in Residential Real Estate, or FLIRRE, an organization of Bethesda, Md.–area practitioners who work on family teams. They meet monthly to share strategies for building business and relationships. A common topic: what they’ll do differently when they’re in charge. Until then, Sky is serving clients in two states and Washington, D.C., and has started a real estate marketing business. Associate broker Hans L.
