Check your HUD-FHA Registry Status
Appraisers concerned about their registry status with HUD-FHA can check to see if they are on the Registry of HUD Appraisers.
Note: If the "exam passed" field is filled with a date in the appraiser's record, the appraiser is current and legal, providing their state license/certification has not expired.
