Realtor.com has made it easier to find out how attractive your metro area is to international buyers. At last week’s REALTORS® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo in Washington, D.C., new interactive maps were unveiled, which will offer more comprehensive reporting to display true market interest of global buyers searching in the United States. These reports are based on detailed listing views of non-U.S. visitors to the realtor.com® International site.
The new data includes:
- Top countries (outside the U.S.) where consumers were the most engaged on realtor.com® and realtor.com® International
- Top U.S. metro areas where they searched
- Propensity for top U.S. markets to receive international traffic
And, perhaps most exciting, REALTORS® and REALTOR® associations will be able to use an embed code (in addition to PDF reports) to put these maps on their websites, in blogs or online marketing materials, or in presentations.
Find out who’s searching in your area, and use this data as a building block for your global marketing strategy! A preview of the reports is available (and updated monthly) at realtor.org/articles/where-are-global-buyers-searching-in-the-united-states.
