Reservations

Hotel reservations* are part of the registration process. A credit card is required to hold the hotel room and for any personal charges that guests may make during their stay. Please note that the max. number of occupants per room is four (4), regardless of age.

*Reservations booked directly with the hotel will not be eligible for reimbursement or given the special NAR rate.

NAR will cover room and tax for three nights of standard room accommodations—Monday, February 23, Tuesday, February 24 and Wednesday, February 25—for registered attendees. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

Hotel Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, so here are a few helpful reminders to avoid any unexpected charges:

  • Main 3 Nights (covered by NAR): If you need to cancel your stay, please do so by February 9 to avoid any penalties.
  • Extra Nights Booked: For any additional nights, kindly cancel directly with the hotel at least 72 hours before arrival.
  • Late Cancellations: Please note that cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival may result in a one-night room and tax charge to the credit card on file, and the remainder of your reservation may be released.
  • Early Departure: The hotel may apply a $75 early check-out fee if you leave earlier than planned. To avoid this, we recommend confirming your check-out date with hotel staff when you arrive.

Parking Details

  • Valet: $35–$40/day (validation available with dining/spa/retail use).
  • Self-parking: Included in resort fee for guests. 1-hour free for visitors; 3-hour free for NV residents. $20/day thereafter.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted.

Travel Info

  • Airport: Harry Reid International (LAS) is ~4 miles away.
  • Car Rentals: Hertz is available on-site, with discounts provided through NAR’s REALTOR Benefits® Program. Driving electric? EV charging stations are available at the resort, in valet, and on level P1.
  • Ride Share: Uber/Lyft serve LAS. Info available on the Harry Reid Airport website.
