- According to the recent Realtors® Confidence Index, the percentage of homes on the market for six months or more has increased to 29 percent—up from recent experience but still somewhat lower than earlier this year.
- In comparison, a total of 71 percent of homes currently for sale have been on the market less than six months, and 34 percent have been on the market for 2 months or less.
