Follow the Money: The Next Wave of Luxury & Resort Buyers

Erlenbush will give a fast-paced look at what the new generation of luxury and resort buyers demand from their agents, how they choose their perfect home, and the latest trends and designs that influence their buying decisions. They’ll also identify what buyers value most in a luxury/resort buyer’s agent.
Resort and Second-Home Networking Reception

Sink or Swim in the Flood Plain
Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Come to this session and learn to maximize value for buyers and sellers of residential or commercial properties in the flood plain using tips from your colleagues. You'll also hear an update on critical changes to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Session speakers will be Ronald Phipps, Gregory Phipps, Donna Smith, and Russell Riggs.
