Get an analysis of pending local land-use regulations and ordinances. Use this service to help craft your association’s response to proposed local ordinances in a way that best supports your members. Rural Outreach Initiative
NAR's Rural Outreach Initiative provides resources and technical assistance for REALTOR® associations in communities with a population of less than 30,000 and which are rural in Character.

The State and Local Growth Polling program offers REALTOR® Associations the opportunity to conduct polling on growth-related issues in their areas.
Transforming Neighborhoods Program
The Transforming Neighborhoods program program provides training and technical assessments to associations working with elected officials, local leaders, and housing advocates to revitalize communities.
Diversity and Inclusion Grants
Diversity and Inclusion grants are available to local REALTOR® organizations for activities that expand the inclusion of diversity in leadership and/or build partnerships with local chapters of multicultural real estate organizations.
Fair Housing Grants
The Fair Housing Grant program provides funding to state and local REALTOR® Associations to further enhance the importance fair housing plays in our industry and in our communities.
Housing Opportunity Grants
Housing Opportunity Grants support state and local REALTOR® Associations’ activities that create or improve systems, programs, and policies that expand access to housing that is affordable.
NAR’s Placemaking Grant is available to REALTOR® associations to help them plan, organize, implement and maintain these types of Placemaking activities in their communities.
Rural Outreach Grants
Rural Outreach Grants support state and local REALTOR® association initiatives, including trainings, forums, events, studies, and ordinance drafting, on a wide range of rural issues such broadband, well and septic, open space preservation, environmental standards, and planning and zoning issues.
Smart Growth Grants

Expanding Housing Opportunity – A Toolkit for REALTORS® and Associations is a collection of guides and resources designed to help REALTORS® and Associations conduct activities to address affordability challenges in the communities they serve.
